Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How do I refill the soap dispenser?

Simply unscrew the top of the brush handle and pour your preferred dog shampoo into the reservoir. Compatible with any liquid or medicated shampoo.

Q: Is it suitable for puppies and senior dogs?

Yes. The soft bristles are gentle enough for puppies' delicate skin and elderly dogs with sensitive coats. Use lukewarm water and light pressure.

Q: Can I use it on cats?

While technically possible, the brush is optimized for dogs. Cats generally prefer gentler tools; consult your vet before use on cats.

Q: How long does one refill last?

Depending on your dog's size and coat, one full reservoir (typically 200-300ml) lasts 3-5 baths for medium to large breeds.
